Staff Application Form [Start New Topic When Applying]

If your application is successful you will be notified some way on the forums by a staff member, anyone who tries to contact you regarding your application and they don’t have a “Owner/Co-Owner/Admin/Mod” tag on their profile is a fake, please don't give them any information. ​

All applications are looked at and reviewed by a staff member within 7 days, if you are not notified within these 7 days the likelihood is that your application doesn’t meet the requirements required for staff. Please don't instantly re-apply or continuously update your application, in around 1 month time make a new application with more information for a higher chance of being selected. ​

Note that if you lie on any part of your application, you reduce your chances heavily (this includes your age, Bans etc.)​

  • Are there any Previous Username Changes for the above account and what were they?
  • Age:
  • Timezone:
  • What time are you most often on?
  • Are you multilingual (Speak more than one language)? (As long as you speak English you will be considered. Speaking other languages might come in handy.)
  • When did you first play Minecraft, how often do you play?
  • Have you ever been banned or temp banned on any server? If so Why?
  • What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? List all servers and Include Name, IP, Website URL, If you are still Staff there, Why you left, and do you think you can handle moderation on more than one server.
  • Where are you most active on the server?
  • How many hours can you contribute per day?
  • This server runs Factions, Creative, Skywars, PvP, MiniGames, Etc. If you apply you agree to help players on any of these maps. Do you agree to helping in any area on our server?
  • Do you agree to not abuse your power or players on the server at all times? This means you agree to not give players money, items, perks, kits, ranks, or anything a player must make a donation for. you also agree not to harass players as well as other staff. You must be mature and respect other players and staff no matter if they are new, old, lower ranks, or higher rank. If you do any of these things you can be demoted to your past rank. Do you agree to be respectful and follow these terms?
  • Are you Doantion Rank Holder? If so when did you purchase and what Rank? (does not effect the application status)
  • What advice would you give someone who had to deal with someone who has been coming on the server and harassing them?
  • SCENARIO : "You come home from school and have ton of homework to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start and get on MidKnightCraft. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you?
  • Do you use the discord and/or Skype and a microphone?
  • Are you able to record?
  • How many staff applications have you made before?
  • What is the date of the last application you made? (if yes from above)
  • Anything else we should know?


Please do NOT give out your personal information (i.e full real name, email, skype) in your application. If we need any more information other than what we ask in the questions above we will ask for it. ​
